During Arrow's Comic-Con panel back in July, the show teased concept art that gave fans their first look at the new costume worn by David Ramsey's Diggle in Season 4. Just days after the first official photo of Diggle's costume debuted, DC Comics has revealed new photos that show the entire costume. These images feature David Ramsey with and without his new mask. Fans will get to see this costumed Diggle in action when Season 4 debuts next month.

It isn't known if Diggle will also have a crime-fighting alter-ego, like Oliver Queen's Arrow, but we know that Willa Holland's Thea Queen has assumed the superhero identity of Speedy. There has been speculation that Diggle may actually become a DC hero known as The Guardian, a former police officer who became a costumed vigilante. In the comics, The Guardian had connections to Arsenal, Atom and Wildcat, who are all established in the series, but it isn't known if Diggle will eventually become The Guardian. The actor joked at SDCC that his superhero alter-ego would be "Black Driver," but don't expect him to go by that moniker.

As with every season before it, Arrow is bringing in a slew of new characters slated to debut in Season 4. These characters include Neal McDonough as Damien Darhk, Alexander Calvert as Anarky, Echo Kellum as superhero Mister Terrific and Jimmy Akingbola as the villainous Baron Blitzkrieg. Caity Lotz, whose character Black Canary was killed in the Season 3 premiere, will also make her return in a Season 4 episode of Arrow, where she will be reportedly brought back to life through the Lazarus Pit and resurrected as White Canary.

There is speculation that White Canary's resurrection will happen in the same episode that Matt Ryan will guest star as John Constantine, since his character has expert knowledge of the Lazarus Pit. Fans got their first look at the resurrected White Canary, along with the villainous Damien Dahrk in the new trailer| that debuted last week. With the season premiere debuting exactly one month from today, you can be sure to expect plenty more footage and new photos.

What is still unclear about this new season is when Oliver Queen's (Stephen Amell) and Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) will come back to the newly-renamed Star City. The final moments of the Season 3 finale showed Oliver and Felicity leaving the city to start a new life, but it won't be long before they're called back. While we wait for more details, check out the new photos of Diggle's full costume below.
